Google Photos is undergoing a design change in the Settings menu
Google Photos is a highly effective service for Android phones. With each passing day, the service presents you with more diverse and efficient tools, offering an easy way to store, share, and edit your photos.
In addition to all of this, Google Photos, at first glance, can be somewhat confusing to navigate with a complex Settings menu. According to recent news, it appears that Google has also recognized this issue. As a result, Google has made some changes to the design of the Google Photos Settings menu.
The new design was initially noticed by Telegram user Catalin, and later confirmed by Android expert Mishaal Rahman. The update is introduced with the latest version of Google Photos, v6.39. When we look at the changes, we can see that the design has become more intuitive and fluid.
In the new design, the top-level sections include Backup, Notifications, Preferences, Sharing, Apps & devices, and Privacy. At the bottom, there is the version and About section. Additionally, the new design eliminates the separators between each item in the lists.
With this change, users will be able to accomplish their desired tasks more quickly and easily. Apart from the Settings menu, there are no other significant changes to Google Photos. It’s worth noting that the mentioned design is not yet available for all devices. Additionally, it should be mentioned that this change is not yet rolled out for all devices.
