Today’s little update is bringing PS5 players a quick multiplayer fix alongside brand new graphical enhancements for the PS5 Pro!
To help you get the most out of your PS5 Pro, we’ve tweaked our Quality and Performance modes to achieve crisp console visuals without sacrificing smooth performance. Tinker away in the settings to find the perfect array of pixels for you!
Below are the PS5 Pro updates and the multiplayer fix.
IMPROVEMENTS
- On PS5 Pro, Quality mode now runs at native 4K (2160p) 30fps.
- On PS5 Pro, Performance mode will upscale from 1440p to 2160p 60fps, using PSSR
- Split screen on the PS5 Pro will now offer either 30fps or 60fps depending on whether you’re using Quality or Performance mode.
CRASHES AND BLOCKERS
- Fixed an issue on PS5 preventing you from downloading or subscribing to mods when loading into another player’s multiplayer game with mods enabled.
