Bard gets extension to integrate with Google and third-party apps

Bard, Google’s ChatGPT rival chatbot application, has recently received a number of important updates. As part of these updates, Turkish language support has been added to the artificial intelligence. According to a new study, Bard will offer extension support for both Google and third-party services. This feature is currently available on ChatGPT, but only for Plus subscribers.

Extension support begins for Google Bard

Google is reportedly working on a major update that will allow it to integrate directly with its own services as well as various third-party options. This will improve Bard’s ability to provide up-to-date information by accessing data that is not cached in Google Search.

For example, an extension called Kayak will allow users to ask Bard for up-to-date airfare information, including whether seats are available. Google’s own tools will also be integrated into Bard. Services such as Maps, Flights and YouTube will extend Bard’s capabilities.

Google is expected to bring its popular services such as Docs, Drive, Gmail, Maps directly into Bard in the coming days. This integration will be designed in accordance with the privacy settings of the platforms. This will allow you to control how Bard uses these extensions.

Google is also planning to integrate Firefly, Adobe’s productive AI model, into Bard in the coming months. This collaboration could open the door for Bard to create images similar to Dall-E 2, which could be edited or incorporated into designs using Adobe Express.

While a preview of Bard extension support is available, the extensions are not currently functional. However, Google is expected to offer nine extensions (Flights, Hotels, Maps, Instacart, Kayak, OpenTable, Redfin, YouTube and Zillow) in the first phase.
