Bentley Residences Elevates Luxury, Brings Cars to Apartments with Elevators

Ana sayfa / News

In early 2022, Bentley Motors announced plans to construct a new luxury residence skyscraper in Miami. The project has officially commenced, and the car manufacturer has shared more details about its stunning car-focused design, including four car elevators and a glass-encased garage extending to the sky.

Developed by Dezer Development and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, Bentley Residences is located on the oceanfront of Sunny Isles Beach in Miami. Although the exact height is not yet disclosed, the skyscraper will be 62 stories tall, housing 216 luxurious apartments.

Inspired by Bentley motifs, Bentley Residences will replicate the diamond-stitched pattern found on Bentley door panels, with diamond-shaped glass panels on the tower façade. These panels will be angled to refract natural light.

The interior design continues the automotive theme with four car elevators and storage systems. Each residence will have sky garages with a capacity of three or four cars, providing a suitable, secure storage space for private vehicle collections.

The apartments will boast luxurious interiors designed to embrace indoor-outdoor living, including high-quality appliances, Italian cabinetry, and spa bathrooms with in-home saunas.

Additionally, each balcony will feature heated swimming pools, summer kitchens, and spacious outdoor living areas designed to reduce wind loads. Common areas include a spa, cinema, and private restaurant.

The luxury of Bentley Residences doesn’t come cheap, with apartment pricing starting at $5.6 million, and the cost for penthouse suites even higher. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.

This skyscraper is among the latest examples of automotive designers venturing into architecture, with significant projects from Aston Martin, Mercedes-Benz, and Bugatti. Among them is another Dezer Development project – a Bugatti building with its car elevator.

Bentley Residences, towering over Miami’s skyline, represents more than just a housing project; it bridges luxury living, automotive passion, and architectural excellence.
