Samsung made a significant impact on the Android market with the Galaxy S24 series, featuring standout Galaxy AI, camera, and processor capabilities. The upcoming Galaxy S25, however, seems set for a design overhaul. According to leaked images, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will undergo a major design shift, moving away from its sharp edges. Here are the details…
Galaxy S25 Ultra May Feature Curved Edges
Even though the Galaxy S25 Unpacked event is still months away, leaks continue to emerge. The design of Samsung’s flagship S25 Ultra has now been revealed. Initial images suggest that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will adopt a curved design.
Expected to be unveiled in the first months of 2025, the S25 Ultra appears to be replacing the sharp edges of the S24 Ultra with curved ones. While the sharp edges of the S24 Ultra were visually appealing, user feedback indicates that they made the device less comfortable to use. Therefore, the curved screen on the S25 Ultra could enhance usability.
Compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the new model is anticipated to have similar screen dimensions, though there may be improvements in screen technology as well. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy, an advanced processor.
While some regions may see the Exynos 2500 processor in the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+, the Ultra models will not feature this variation. The camera setup is expected to include a 200-megapixel main sensor, 50-megapixel telephoto, 50-megapixel super telephoto, and 50-megapixel ultra-wide lenses.
