Up to 20 Different Sounds in Instagram Reels Videos
Previously offering limited sound editing options for Reels creators, Instagram now removes these restrictions with its latest update, allowing up to 20 different sounds to be added simultaneously. Introduced as the multi-sound feature, this update enables users to include 20 different sounds in a single Reels video.
Before this update, users had to use various applications to combine sounds, but now they can perform all sound editing activities within Instagram. One of the best aspects of this update is the ability to add different sounds to different moments. This means you can add the desired sound at the desired moment in your video.
Additionally, with the multi-sound feature, you can create personalized sound mixes for your Instagram Reels video. You can add your own voice over the existing sounds, apply effects, and do much more. The update, which is globally released from today, may not be available to everyone immediately, but it will be rolled out to all users in the coming days.
If you want to use this feature, click on the plus button on the homepage and select the Reels upload section from there. Then, as usual, record or upload your Reels video and click the Next button. Here, you can swipe up to open the editing panel and add up to 20 sounds from the Add Sound button.
