Samsung is set to continue the popularity it gained with the S24 series into early 2025 with the upcoming Galaxy S25 series. Many features of the new devices have already surfaced, and leaks continue. Now, the screen details of the Galaxy S25 Ultra have been revealed. It appears that the new Ultra model will come with an even larger display. Here are the details…
Galaxy S25 Ultra to Feature a 6.9-Inch Screen
According to previous leaks, Samsung is planning to redesign its flagship model, moving from sharp edges to a more curved and softer design. Along with this new design, changes in screen dimensions are also expected.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to feature a larger screen compared to its predecessor, but with a narrower body. The device is expected to have a 6.86-inch screen with a body width of 77.6 mm, compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s 79 mm width and 6.79-inch screen. This means the new model will be narrower but have a larger display.
User feedback for the S24 Ultra indicated that the phone was difficult to hold due to its width and length. Samsung seems to have addressed this issue with the new series by opting for a narrower yet wider screen.
While the S24 Ultra had 3.35 mm bezels on its 6.8-inch screen, the S25 Ultra is expected to have 2.3 mm bezels on its 6.9-inch display, representing a reduction of approximately 31%. Additionally, the S25 Ultra’s more curved design will align it more closely with the rest of the S25 series, including the S25 and S25+.
