Activision has released the first trailer for Black Ops 6, the new game in the Call of Duty series. While the trailer created a great excitement among the fans of the series, the promotion process of the game also gained momentum.
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 trailer:
The trailer, shared via the CharlieIntel X account, features live action footage. The video shows the phrase “The Truth Lies” spray-painted on Mount Rushmore.
This image hints at the atmosphere and story of the game. The trailer is also linked to a website featuring an interactive television with only six channels. This is a direct reference to the game’s name.
Microsoft is expected to announce that Black Ops 6 will be coming directly to Game Pass at the Xbox event in June. Recent statements from Xbox president Sarah Bond indicate that all of Microsoft’s games, including those developed by Activision, will be directly available on Game Pass.
This means that Black Ops 6 will also be available on Game Pass on day one. Microsoft declined to make an official comment on the matter, but this is the expectation.
Activision is reportedly planning to call this year’s CoD game Black Ops 6, with a target release date of late 2024, possibly in October. This information is supported by a teaser trailer discovered in Warzone and confirmed by Treyarch. It’s also rumored that Microsoft is planning to add past Call of Duty titles to Game Pass before the release of Black Ops 6.
