When the tech company introduced the official mobile app of the AI platform, it became popular on mobile systems. After the launch, we know that OpenAI would bring new features and improvements to keep the platform updated. With today’s new update, we can see that the ChatGPT iOS and iPadOS app takes advantage of the entire iPad screen, and the update includes drag and drop, Siri support, and Shortcuts integration.
Thanks to the latest update, ChatGPT will now run full-screen on iPad devices, compared to its earlier versions, which offered an iPhone sized app running on a bigger display. Additionally, a few details have changed on the tablet version. While you can still have the options to switch between GPT-3.5 or GPT-4, you can now use the drag and drop support on the app.
Another important feature is the Siri support. Now, the app lets you use ChatGPT via Siri and use the chatbot with Apple’s Shortcuts feature. You can now create a ChatGPT in shortcuts to start a new chat and integrate it into Apple’s Shortcuts section.
