Geely, which has attracted all eyes with its C-SUV electric car, which it has launched for sale at the price of a B-SUV today, seems to be making a big breakthrough with the Galaxy E5. Geely, which has shown everyone that a C segment, SUV and electric vehicle can be produced for $15,300, or approximately 500 thousand TL, will ship its vehicle to 89 countries for now.
The Galaxy E5, which promises both power and range with its 160 kW engine and non-explosive/non-burning 49.52 kWh LFP battery, can travel a total of 135 kilometers with a 10-minute charge. The vehicle, which can travel 440 kilometers with a full charge, is 4,615 meters long. That is, it is almost the size of a C segment sedan.
With a wheel length of 2750 mm, the Geely Galaxy E5 uses the company’s new generation GEA platform. Thanks to this, the SUV, which completed the Euro NCAP tests with 5 stars, does not compromise on safety. The Galaxy E5, which has a steering wheel design that we are not very accustomed to, carries a 10.2-inch information screen for the driver right in front of the screen. In the middle, there is a 15.4-inch 2.5K resolution entertainment screen where you can also make all the vehicle settings.
In addition to all this, the Galaxy E5, which gained 79 kilograms of extra weight with its 11-power system (motor, IGBT inverter, etc.), has the most compact heat pump thermal management system on the market.
