The latest reports reveal that there has been a confusing development regarding the P70 series, which the brand is preparing to introduce soon.
Huawei P70 launch event canceled
According to the latest reports shared by Bad Review Emperor, the launch event of the Huawei P70 series has been canceled. Of course, this does not mean that smartphones will not be introduced. Although this development raises many questions in mind, according to the source, the Chinese company is still taking orders for the devices.
Unfortunately, there is uncertainty about the Huawei P70 launch date. However, considering that its predecessor, the P60, was launched in March last year, we can say that the upcoming series could be introduced this month or in May.
The upcoming Huawei P70 model has appeared in the Geekbench database with the number ALT-AL10. The smartphone managed to get 1,243 points in single-core tests and 3,840 points in multi-core tests. However, some key features of the device have been confirmed, albeit indirectly.
Looking at the Geekbench database, we can say that the smartphone will come with 12 GB RAM. Of course, it is important to keep in mind the possibility of different memory options here. The processor to be used in the smartphone will most likely be the 5G-supported Kirin 9000s, which also powers the Mate 60 Pro. Chipset produced with 7 nm architecture; In addition to 1x 2.62 GHz, 3x 2.15 GHz and 4x 1.53 GHz cores, it hosts the Maleoon 910 graphics unit.
According to information from sources close to the company, Huawei P70 will host some design changes compared to its predecessor. Considering the latest leaked images, it is possible to say that the phone has switched to a triangular camera setup with three cameras. We should also point out that the camera module is more protruding than the previous model.

Accordingly, the smartphone will feature a 50 Megapixel Sony IMX989 main camera with variable aperture. Leaks about the series are not limited to these. Because, according to the source, there will be two different screen options on smartphones: 6.5 and 6.8 inches. Both options will host LTPO technology, which enables 1.5K resolution and variable refresh rate.
