Razer’s solution for intensive gaming sessions was the Razer Laptop Cooling Pad, a smart cooling technology for 14-inch to 18-inch laptops. With intelligent fan control, an airtight pressure chamber and three magnetic frames that support a wide range of laptops, this cooler will be an ideal option for laptop users looking to maximise performance and optimise thermal management, according to Razer.
With intelligent cooling enabled, the Razer Laptop Cooling Pad automatically adjusts fan speed according to the temperature of key components, delivering an ideal noise-to-performance ratio with minimal effort.
To achieve this performance, a 140mm high-speed fan helps circulate cool air that is trapped in hermetic seals and distributed throughout the system. In some cases, this high-velocity air can reduce CPU and GPU temperatures by up to 18 per cent.
The cooler also features a remappable multifunction button to control fan speed and Razer Chrom RGB lighting adorning the front of the stand. Users can access preset or custom ventilation curves for better auto cooling efficiency via Razer Synapse.
To ensure long-term use, a dust filter is included to reduce the amount of external contaminants generated as the fan cools systems over time.
