The live image of the OnePlus Nord 3 has emerged just a short time before the launch. Thanks to the unboxing video shared by PinoyMetroGeek, all the question marks about the design of the smartphone have been eliminated, leaving only the official announcement as the remaining step, despite the earlier leaks of its technical specifications.
According to Roland Quant, known for leaks in the industry, the entry-level version of the OnePlus Nord 3 with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage will be priced at $485 in Europe. Additionally, Quant states that the variant offering 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage will retail for $590.
On the display side, the phone features a 6.74-inch AMOLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 1450 nits of brightness, and a resolution of 1.5K.
Recent leaks indicate that the OnePlus Nord 3 will have a hole-punch display on the front. On the back, there will be three cameras placed within dual camera rings, along with a dual LED flash unit. At the top, there is a microphone, an IR blaster, and a speaker, while the bottom houses a SIM slot, a microphone, a USB-C port, and another speaker.
The smartphone will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 processor. The chipset, manufactured using 4nm architecture, features 1x 3.05 GHz ARM Cortex-X2, 3x 2.85 GHz ARM Cortex-A710, and 4x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A510 cores, along with the Mali-G710 MC10 graphics unit.
The device will be available in three versions: 128 GB/256 GB of internal storage and 8/12/16 GB of RAM. It will sport a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front and a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The phone will be equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The model is expected to be unveiled next month.
