POCO, which has an important place in the market with its affordable smartphones; is working on a new model for the middle segment. New details have come from the POCO X14 5G, which will be positioned as a slightly more affordable alternative to the Redmi Note 5G Pro 7.
What will POCO X7 5G offer?
POCO is preparing to launch its new model POCO X7, which will appeal to the middle segment. It turned out that the device, which is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, will differentiate in terms of camera.
According to information from China, POCO X7 will use a 50 Megapixel Sony IMX882 main sensor instead of the 200 Megapixel Samsung HP1 sensor in Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G. This change will make the POCO X7 more affordable than its Redmi counterpart.
The 50 Megapixel Sony sensor is still a significant upgrade compared to the previous model. As a reminder, the X6 5G had a 64 Megapixel main camera with OIS support, an 8 Megapixel wide-angle camera and a 2 Megapixel macro camera.
As for other features, the POCO X7 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset. The same software with Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G will include Android 14-based HyperOS 1.0. Battery capacity and fast charging details are not yet clear.
POCO X6 Turkey pre-order price for 12GB + 256GB version of the X6 was announced as 15 thousand 499 TL. Considering that it debuted at the beginning of the year, we can say that the X7 will have a similar pricing.
