Vivo is continuing its efforts to expand its product range, with a countdown for the Y300+ model now underway. The common point among the leaks about this smartphone so far is that it will target the entry to mid-range segment. Recently, it was reported that the model has crossed an important threshold.
Vivo Y300+ Appears in IMEI Database: What Can We Expect?
The Vivo Y300+ has surfaced in the IMEI database with the model number V2422. Additionally, industry leakster Abhishek Yadav has revealed the smartphone’s key features and potential price tag.
The Vivo Y300+ will feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ resolution OLED display, equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
On the front, there will be a 32-megapixel selfie camera, while the rear will host a dual camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel auxiliary sensor.
The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. This chipset, built on a 6 nm architecture, includes 2x 2.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 (Kryo 660) cores, 6x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores, and an Adreno 619 GPU.
The product will offer 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Supporting 44W charging speeds, the model will be fueled by a 5000 mAh battery. Expected to run on the Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14 interface straight out of the box, the smartphone is anticipated to have a starting price tag of around $285.
