Xiaomi’s flagship model with top-notch features, especially its camera-focused model, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, is officially counting down. While numerous leaks have surfaced about the device, users have no doubts about aspects like performance and design. Today, new information indicates that the smartphone will come with a peripheral device that further enhances the camera experience. Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with a camera kit
It is officially confirmed that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, like its predecessor, will come with a camera kit to elevate the photography experience to the next level. The peripheral device, with the model number 2402CPS69C, has appeared in the 3C database.
The camera kit will have a 5V charge and 1,500 mAh support, suggesting a wireless structure. While its content is currently unknown, considering the previous product included components such as a 67 mm adapter ring, an internal trigger button-equipped camera handle, and a lens cap, a similar content can be expected.
Although the product will be launched alongside the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, it will also be compatible with other Xiaomi phones. The price is expected to range between 100 to 200 dollars.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra model will feature a single-point ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The technology the Chinese company is working on is claimed to be more precise and secure than the optical fingerprint reader used in current flagship models.
The smartphone will have a 1-inch Sony LYT900 main camera. This sensor will appear as an optimized version of the IMX9898 found in Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi 12S Ultra, and Xiaomi 13 Pro.
As seen above, Xiaomi’s Ultra models have been using a 1-inch camera for several generations, and the 14 Ultra will continue this trend. In addition to the main camera, three auxiliary sensors with a resolution of 50 megapixels each will accompany it. Furthermore, the device is expected to house a 5,500 mAh battery.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Qualcomm continues its collaboration with TSMC for the new processor, manufactured using 4 nm technology. The processor will have 1 ARM Cortex-X4 at 3.3 GHz, 3 ARM Cortex-A720 at 3.2 GHz, 2 ARM Cortex-A720 at 3.0 GHz, and 2 ARM Cortex-A520 at 2.3 GHz. Additionally, the new chip will feature the Adreno 750 graphics unit with Ray Tracing support. According to rumors, the device is expected to be unveiled in April 2024.
