Last month, the POCO C74 4G reached the global market. Now, a new rumour suggests that the Chinese manufacturer is preparing to launch the 5G version of the device, the POCO C75 5G, in India.
It is emphasised that the POCO C75 5G will be launched in the Indian market as a rebranded version of the recently announced Redmi A4 5G, one of the cheapest devices in the country with 5G connectivity. Here are the details
What will the POCO C75 5G offer?
The official name of the C75 5G has been confirmed by the firmware listed on the MIUI ROM website. The Indian version of the device has the code 24116PCC1I. It is worth reminding that the POCO C series includes entry-level models and aims to attract the interest of the audience who want cheap devices.
The POCO C75 5G will come as a renamed version of the Redmi A4 5G. The specs will include a 6.88-inch display with HD+ resolution (1,640 x 720 pixels) and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The highly anticipated affordable phone will come with the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 chipset with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB – 128 GB internal storage. At the same time, the device will be offered with microSD card support up to 1 TB.
The camera set of the POCO C75 5G model is expected to include a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, as well as an LED lens for flash. There is a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
POCO’s new device may have a battery capacity of 5,160 mAh and 18W charging capability. Finally, the operating system of the device is expected to be Android 14 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS interface.
