CDPR is relentless. Despite its problematic launch, Cyberpunk 2077 continues to be updated. Now, Cyberpunk 2077 update 2.3 has been announced.
Cyberpunk 2077’s highly anticipated 2.3 update is hitting players today. Announced during a livestream by CD Projekt Red, the update includes significant improvements for both PC and console versions.
What does the Cyberpunk 2077 update 2.3 offer?
Automatic Driving and New Vehicles Will Change the Night City Experience: The update focuses on vehicles and customization. Three new cars and a new motorcycle will be added to the game. All of these vehicles will be customizable, and you’ll need to complete new missions to unlock them. Perhaps the most striking new feature is the “AutoDrive” feature. This feature will allow players to automatically drive their vehicles to a designated location on the map and enjoy the views of Night City.
New cinematic camera angles will also be added to the game. The Delamain Taxi service will also be available for hire via AutoDrive, giving players more options for exploring the city. The update expands photo mode options and offers improved HDR settings across all platforms. It also includes several user-friendliness updates that enhance the gameplay experience.
The technical improvements for PC users are also quite impressive. Support for AMD FSR 3, AMD FSR 3.1 Frame Generation, Intel XeSS 2.0, and Intel HDR 10 – Gaming is coming. These features will be fully enabled with new drivers from AMD and Intel. Console versions haven’t been left out either. VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) support is being added for PlayStation and Xbox users, providing a smoother gaming experience.
This update will be completely free for existing Cyberpunk 2077 players on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One.
With new vehicles, customization options, and technical improvements, Cyberpunk 2077 is poised to offer players a fresh experience. Will they succeed?
