Apple has set the date for its highly anticipated launch of the iPhone 15 and other devices. Apple’s event, which it calls “Wonderlust”, will take place on September 12. But the high costs and a series of changes may not be to the liking of some fans.
The iPhone 15 event will be pocket-busting this year!
The star of the launch will be the iPhone 15. We expect four models to be launched this year. The standard and larger Plus and the more advanced Pro and Pro Max. There are even rumors that Apple will turn the iPhone 15 Pro Max into a more powerful iPhone 15 Ultra model.
But customers who want the best iPhone this year will pay more than ever. Analysts say Pro models will go up by $100 to $200. Add to that the cost of new charging accessories. Because Apple has replaced the iPhone’s long-unchanged charging port with USB-C.
There’s no hint of a new iPhone SE, with the third and newest model in Apple’s affordable phone lineup launching in March 2022. That’s why we don’t expect a new iPhone SE at this year’s fall launch event. Thus, the dream of an affordable iPhone has been postponed to another fall.
There is one new device that is almost certain to appear: Apple Vision Pro. Unveiled in June, the AR/VR glasses aren’t expected to arrive in Apple stores and ship to customers until early 2024. So don’t expect an early release this fall. But Apple won’t miss the opportunity to showcase its exciting advances in technology at this launch. But it looks like it’s going to cost a pretty penny!
With Apple’s iPhone 15 event Wonderlust, many Apple products will hit the shelves. The launch will show us whether Apple can still inspire curiosity and admiration in its fan base despite the rising prices.
