Electronic Arts has added nine classic games to Steam, including Dungeon Keeper Gold and SimCity 3000. Among the games added is a beloved EA game that was previously removed from the library. Here are the details!

On March 7th, EA announced the addition of nine classic PC games to Steam. The publisher even made a small promotional video announcing the news. Let’s take a look at the list of those games together:

Here’s the full list of games EA has added to Steam:

– Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection

– SimCity 3000 Unlimited

– Populous

– Populous II: Trials of the Olympian Gods

– Populous: The Beginning

– Dungeon Keeper Gold

– Dungeon Keeper 2

– Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri Planetary Pack

– The Saboteur

In addition, to celebrate these games coming to Steam right now, EA has released them all with a discount.

Most of these games are already on the GOG store. So EA is not bringing these games back from nothing and making them playable again. But considering that Steam is now almost everyone’s default game library, it’s a good move for EA to give Steam more support and make classic games available for purchase in more places.

Of the games above, The Saboteur was removed from the platform in 2015. It is also among the classic EA games added to Steam. The open-world action game developed by Pandemic was never removed from EA’s digital store on PC or GOG.

The rivalry between Epic Games and Apple has entered a new era!

Apple terminated the Epic Games developer account, calling it a 'Threat to the iOS Ecosystem'. Here are the details!

It was only removed from Steam in 2015. Almost a decade later, the game is back and running smoothly on Steam Deck. Publishers still need to do a lot more to support older games and prevent them from fading or disappearing over time.
