Electronic Arts (EA), which produces many games such as EA Sports FC (FIFA), NBA Live, Need for Speed, The Sims and Battlefield series, is working on a new mobile application for its sports games where users can get news from their favorite teams and access summaries.
EA Sports will only be available in Spain at first
In the statements made, it was stated that the application will not be a game. According to the statements, the application is being developed for both iOS and Android. This mobile application, which will be based on sports games, will be published only in Spain in the first place. The main purpose of this application, which will be published under the name EA Sports, will be to enable users to get news about their favorite teams and access team summaries. EA will also try to create a social interaction environment within the application.
The EA Sports mobile app will include interactive challenges and community arenas for users to participate in during and after live matches. The app will initially focus on global soccer with LaLiga, with which EA has a long-standing partnership. However, in the future, Electronic Arts is expected to add games such as Madden NFL and EA Sports College Football to the app. Competitors will be able to collect points by participating in various competitions and challenges on the app. However, no statement has yet been made about the usability of the points to be collected in the application in games such as EA Sports FC 25 (FIFA).
At the same time, Electornic Arts (EA) announced that filming is underway for The Sims, which will be produced by Margot Robbie, who we know from the movie Barbie. In addition, the company states that the new Skate game is in the final stages of production and that the game will be available for early access next year.
