The popularity of these games contributed to the Madden NFL series’ high revenue, which reached €920 million in this fiscal year, while total game time also saw a significant increase. EA recorded a 140% rise in game hours played from July to September 2024 compared to the same period last year.

The revenue distribution by platform also reveals a clear trend toward consoles. This is noted as approximately 71% of EA’s revenue in this quarter came from console players. PC and other platform players accounted for 16% of the revenue, while the mobile gaming segment made up 13% of the total.
