Sony also managed to win an award in the Best Story category with The Last of Us Part II Remastered. This award eventually went to The Chinese Room’s “Still Wakes The Deep”, which solidified the studio’s reputation for engaging narratives.
Sad Owl Studios’ Viewfinder won the Best Puzzle Game award. Prideful Sloth’s Go-Go Town won the Best Social Game award for its multiplayer experience. Brightrock Games’ Galacticare won the Best Strategy Game award for its detailed gameplay elements.
Ubisoft didn’t leave empty-handed, winning the Best VR/AR/XR/MR Game award for Assassin’s Creed: Nexus VR.
