Ana sayfa / Cars

Xiaomi has reached unexpected numbers for its first electric car Xiaomi SU7 since its launch in March. According to a statement from the company, 20,000 cars were delivered in three months. Although it has bigger plans, it faces constraints in SU7 production.

Xiaomi announced that the SU7 has surpassed 20,000 vehicles sold 77 days after the launch event. This means that on average over 260 vehicles are delivered per day. Founder’s Edition models also account for about 5 thousand of these deliveries.

Xiaomi stated that it wants to deliver 120 thousand SU7s in 2024. Accordingly, the company made over 8600 deliveries in May and plans to make 10 thousand deliveries in June. However, production difficulties are likely to limit these ambitious targets.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows producer responds to Yasuke backlash

Assassin's Creed Shadows producer spoke for the first time about the reactions to Yasuke, the black Samurai. Here are the details!

The SU7, which was first offered for sale in China, can be delivered with waiting times of up to 30-35 weeks. Accordingly, SU7 registrations have also decreased. In fact, it was stated that it decreased for two consecutive weeks to approximately 2100 units.

On the other hand, Xiaomi started double shift production in its new factory in June. It also announced that it is actively hiring more workers to increase production. Xiaomi Public Relations Manager Wang Hua stated that restrictions on delivery infrastructure will be terminated.

We are really curious to see what they will do with the Xiaomi SU7 model. It seems to attract great interest not only in China but also around the world. Nürburgring performance is eagerly awaited. What do you think?
