After a shaky launch, Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots on Nintendo Switch has received another update, this time syncing with recent fixes from other platforms.

Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots update addresses major bugs

Version 1.1.2 of Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots is now live on Switch, and it comes with a long list of improvements. According to the game’s Japanese social account, this patch brings the Switch version up to speed with updates already rolled out on Steam and PlayStation 5.

Performance issues and frustrating bugs that blocked progress have now been addressed. And yes, that includes the infamous ball-falling-through-the-cup glitch.

This update applies all changes made in:

Steam version up to Ver 1.0.4
PS5 version up to Ver 1.1.5

Here are the major fixes and tweaks now in effect for Switch:

Adjusted the curve width of “Side Spin” to better reflect the impact gauge
Fixed blocked progress in some World Tour scenarios
Solved challenges that wouldn’t register as cleared in World Tour
Patched collision bugs where balls dropped through the course or cup
Corrected out-of-bounds calls in Tornado Cup mode under rare conditions
Reduced the frequency of the caddy’s prompting voice
Addressed several other minor issues

Switch version catches up after the delay

Although the update brings good news, it comes after a longer wait than players expected. The development team acknowledged the delay and apologized, promising more consistent support moving forward.
