Exynos 2600 will make a difference with its performance

Ana sayfa / News

The tech world is abuzz with the performance results of Samsung’s new flagship processor, the Exynos 2600. Initial Geekbench tests of the 2-nanometer chipset suggest the company is launching a more ambitious chip this time around.

According to leaked results, the Exynos 2600 has a ten-core architecture. The processor’s fastest core operates at 3.80 GHz. In the Geekbench 6 test, it achieved a single-core score of 3,309 and a multi-core score of 11,256. These scores prove that Samsung is now at par with its competitors for the first time in a long time.

According to the leaked results, the Exynos 2600 surpassed the Dimensity 9500 and achieved performance similar to the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2. A Galaxy S26 Edge equipped with Qualcomm’s new processor is known to achieve a single-core score of 3,393 and a multi-core score of 11,515.

However, the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2’s performance core operates at a high frequency of 4.74 GHz. The Exynos 2600 achieves similar performance at a much lower frequency. This suggests that Samsung has made a significant leap forward in efficiency.

The Exynos 2600 is rumored to power Samsung’s highly anticipated flagship series, the Galaxy S26. If Samsung achieves the expected efficiency from the 2-nanometer manufacturing process, the new flagships will make significant progress in performance and power efficiency.

However, which models the Exynos 2600 will be integrated into and what the production efficiency will be are currently unclear. We will continue to monitor developments.
