Fake Palworld game caused a stir!

Ana sayfa / Games

Palworld, also known as Armed Pokemon, has been making waves in the gaming world since last week. The game, which toppled the Steam charts, has finally fallen under the radar of scammers. Although Palworld does not have a mobile game yet, there are dozens of versions in stores like the App Store and Play Store.

Palworld developer Pocketpair has issued a new warning against unofficial titles appearing on app stores. The company said that no mobile game bearing the name Palworld is real, and that players are deceived by using the visuals of their own productions.

The company tweeted, “There is no Palworld app for phones. Apps using names like “Palworld” and product images appear in the App Store and Google Play, but they have no affiliation with our company.” The developer also said it is in contact with Apple and Google.

Here are the world’s most admired companies!

Apple has topped the list of the world's most admired companies for 17 years. This year, however, there are some surprising companies on the list.

Pocketpair said that fake apps can compromise users’ personal data and financial information. While some titles are thought to be developed solely for advertising purposes, it’s important to remember that gamers can be exposed to scams.

It is actually common for games that are popular on console or PC to be imitated even before they enter the mobile world. We have seen similar complaints before with games like GTA 5 and GTA 6.

First introduced in 2021, Palworld introduces players to a world where they can capture creatures called Pals using special cannons. What sets the game apart from Pokemon is that players navigate a challenging environment, relying on their Pal, weapons and crafting skills to survive.
