OnePlus 15 Leaked: What Will It Offer?
A new report from Digital Chat Station reveals additional technical details about the OnePlus 15. According to the information, the smartphone isn’t expected to feature major changes compared to its predecessor. However, some improvements in the display and design are still anticipated.
The leak claims that the OnePlus 15 will feature a 6.78-inch flat LTPO 2.5D display with 1.5K resolution, specially manufactured by BOE. This marks a slight downgrade compared to the 6.82-inch QHD+ LTPO 4.1 display on the OnePlus 13. However, the new panel is said to be more balanced in terms of power efficiency, color consistency, and brightness.
The device will reportedly adopt a design referred to as a “LIPO four narrow-edge structure.” Thanks to this technology, the screen will have symmetrical and extremely thin bezels on all four sides.
On the hardware side, the OnePlus 15 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. It’s also mentioned that there will be “dedicated buttons” on the side of the model, although their functions are currently unknown. Lastly, the OnePlus 15 is expected to feature a minimalistic and lightweight design, along with a large battery capacity likely exceeding 6,500 mAh.
