At the beginning of the month, Realme GT 7 Pro was announced in the Chinese market as the brand’s most powerful device of 2024. Launched as the most affordable phone with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the device will soon start hitting the shelves in the global market.
The latest reports show us that the Chinese manufacturer is preparing to launch a new device in the GT Neo series. Recently, the ‘RMX5060’ model code was approved by the Chinese regulatory authority MIIT and 3C. It is emphasised that this device will be offered to consumers as Realme GT Neo 7 and will attract attention with its superior performance. Here are the details…
What to expect from Realme GT Neo 7?
The RMX5060 model code appeared in the database of the Chinese regulatory agency 3C with 80W fast charging support. Although there is no concrete evidence for now, it is claimed that this device is Realme GT Neo 7.
As it is known, Realme launched Realme GT Neo 6 in May this year with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, 5,500 mAh battery and 120W fast charging support. The expected new model will come as its successor. The device will meet consumers with more powerful features than its predecessor.
The Realme GT Neo 7 model may allegedly come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version chipset, which is the only difference from the standard overclocked core version. In this way, the device will compete directly in the market with models such as iQOO Neo 10 and OnePlus Ace 5, which have the same chipset.
The highly anticipated device is rumoured to come up with a 1.5K resolution OLED screen, 120 Hz refresh rate, optical fingerprint reader and special graphics chip. It is suggested that Realme GT Neo 7, which will experience a decrease in fast charging compared to its predecessor, may have a higher capacity battery.
