With just a short time left until its official announcement on November 4 in the Chinese market, Realme has shared crucial details about the Samsung Eco² OLED Plus display, one of the most important features of the highly anticipated Realme GT 7 Pro.
Realme GT 7 Pro to Stand Out with Advanced Display
The new LTPO 8T panel enhances contrast and visibility, featuring a polarizing layer commonly used in traditional OLED panels. It includes significant improvements, such as a maximum local brightness of 6,000 nits and a peak global brightness of over 2,000 nits.
Another noteworthy point is that even with this high level of brightness, the smartphone’s display is expected to consume about 52% less energy compared to the Realme GT 6. The upcoming device is also anticipated to cover 120% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
The GT 7 Pro’s display will feature a micro quad-curved design with sloping edges, adding unique details to the device’s appearance and making it feel even more premium.
Lastly, the screen will support Qualcomm’s ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, providing minimal response time just below the center for unlocking the phone.
