Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney announced that Fortnite and all other Epic Games titles have been removed from the Samsung Galaxy Store.

As of today, new users will no longer be able to download Fortnite and other Epic Games titles via the Galaxy Store on Galaxy phones and tablets. However, Sweeney assured that Epic will continue to support users who have previously downloaded the games through the Galaxy Store, both now and in the future.
