Samsung is preparing to roll out the One UI 6.1 update to its older Galaxy smartphones and tablets starting later this month. The update will bring optimization and new features to devices, as well as Galaxy AI. Which models will Samsung’s AI features be available on?
Galaxy AI will be available for these 9 models
As part of the official announcement, Samsung confirmed that One UI 6.1 will be available at the end of March. The update will initially be available to download for current flagship models such as the Galaxy S23 series, Z Flip 5, Z Fold 5 and Tab S9 series.
The highlight of One UI 6.1 will be a set of artificial intelligence features that come with Galaxy AI. These include “Circle to Search”, where users can find more information by circling an object on the screen. There’s also the ability for productive photo editing, removing unwanted elements from images and adjusting the angle.
Live Translate will provide real-time translation for voice calls in certain apps. Note Assist, exclusive to the Samsung Notes app, will be able to summarize discarded text and offer various styles for summaries.

Samsung will bring AI-powered features to older Galaxy devices, making millions of users happy. It should be underlined that these features are already available with the Galaxy S24 series.
