May Galaxy Book3 Ultra be better than MacBook Pro 16-inch?
To start with their specifications, Galaxy Book3 Ultra is powered by Intel’s latest 13th-gen Intel Core i7 or Core i9 CPU while MacBook Pro comes with Apple’s latest technology M2 Pro or M2 Max chipsets. Both devices have 16GB of RAM on their basic models. However, Galaxy Book3 Ultra can be upgraded to up to 32GB of RAM while the MacBook Pro is up to 96GB of RAM. There is also a difference in the storage, MacBook Pro can feature up to 8TB, and Book3 Ultra can feature up to 1TB of storage.
While the devices have almost the same measure about the display, there are key differences. Samsung’s Ultra laptop comes with a 16-inch AMOLED 2X with a 120Hz refresh rate, and Apple’s latest laptop features a 16-inch Liquid Retina XDR display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of graphics, the Ultra model has the Nvidia RTX GeForce 4050 or RTX GeForce 4070 GPU, and the Pro model has integrated M2 Pro or M2 Max graphics.
The top and most distinctive difference between these devices is the operating system. While the MacBook Pro 16-inch comes with macOS, Book3 Ultra runs Windows. If you have an iPhone or other Apple devices, you may want to buy a MacBook due to its ecosystem. However, if you have a Samsung device, then it will be better for you to own a Galaxy Book3 Ultra.
