Today, Samsung unveiled the long-awaited Galaxy device, Galaxy F14 5G, in India. Galaxy F14 5G is powered by the Exynos 1330 chipset
One of the same specifications between the A14 5G and the F14 5G is the chipset. The new Android smartphone comes with the 5nm Exynos 1330 chipset, which is available on A14 5G Europe models. The chipset includes 2x Cortex-A78 2.4GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 2.0GHz CPU cores, and it features the Mali-G68 MP2 GPU.
While the Galaxy F14 5G has 4GB and 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage options, it will offer up to 12GB RAM with the RAM Plus feature. Samsung announces on its official website, “4GB RAM models will support up to 4GB of internal storage, and 6GB RAM models support up to 6GB internal storage, that can be used as virtual memory to improve app performance.”
On the display, the new phone features a 6.6-inch PLS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the Galaxy F14 comes with a 50-megapixel main and 2-megapixel depth sensor on the back, and a 13-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
One of the most significant features of the new phone is its battery. It has a 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging. While it runs Android 13-based One UI 5.1 Core, Samsung promises for two major Android OS updates and four years of security updates. Galaxy F14 5G cost starts at INR12,990. The device will be available on March 30, 2023, in India.
