Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) won’t be much different from its predecessor
If Samsung introduces the 2024 version of the tablet series, this device will be the third version of the S6 Lite, which was released in 2020. Additionally, the expected tablet will complement the Galaxy Tab A9, Galaxy Tab S9 FE, and Galaxy Tab S9 series, offering users a new option. However, according to the emerging claims, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) won’t be particularly innovative in terms of features and design.
Although it may not be innovative, being two years apart from the 2022 version means it will be equipped with new technologies as well. In terms of the processor, Samsung is expected to introduce the anticipated device with the Exynos 1280 processor. Compared to the processors Snapdragon 720G/Snapdragon 732G used in the previous version, it is expected to offer more powerful performance.
Unfortunately, the Tab S6 Lite, expected to be introduced as a budget tablet, will come with 4GB of RAM and storage options of either 64GB or 128GB. While there shouldn’t be any issues with daily use, you may want to consider your usage habits before deciding to purchase the tablet, as 4GB of RAM may not be sufficient for heavier gaming or when opening multiple tabs simultaneously.
It is claimed that the tablet, expected to be introduced with a 10.4-inch LCD panel, will feature a 5-megapixel selfie camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera. According to the latest rumors, only the Wi-Fi version (SM-P620) will be priced at €400, while the LTE version (SMP-P625) will have a price tag of €450. There are currently no details available regarding the unveiling date and the markets where it will be launched.
