The South Korean company is preparing to launch its long-awaited Galaxy Tab S9+ and S9 Ultra models at its next Unpacked event. Additionally, Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5 at the same event. While the event will likely be held in late June, the charging capabilities of the Galaxy Tab S9+ and S9 Ultra have been revealed. Here are the details about the Tab S9+ and S9 Ultra…
Galaxy Tab S9+ and S9 Ultra will feature 45W fast charging
Today, Samsung’s upcoming high-end tablets have appeared in the TUV Rheinland database, a certification and testing firm. In the database, we can see that both S9+ and Ultra tablets will have 45W fast charging (10V/4.5A), similar to the previous series, S8. While the certification appears that the tablets will come with a charger that supports 45W fast charging, it might not happen due to Samsung’s restrictions.
In the listing, the Galaxy Tab S9+ has the model number SM-X816B, SM-X810, and SM-X816N, while the S9 Ultra was found with model number SM-X916B, SM-X910, and SM-X916N. Additionally, the series will have another basic model, the Tab S9. While there are no details about the device, we can assume that it will also feature 45W fast charging, similar to its predecessor, S8.
