Samsung’s latest foldable phone, the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, has been revealed in a unboxing video on YouTube. Unfortunately, this special model will only be released in limited regions. Therefore, it won’t be a device we can easily see in Turkey. So what makes this device so special?
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition’s design has fine craftsmanship
The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition model has reappeared in recent hours with an unboxing video by a YouTuber named Jeff Stringer. First of all, compared to the Galaxy Z Fold6, we can say that the Special Edition model carries significant changes in terms of design and functionality. The new model is reportedly 12% thinner.
In fact, this thinness is noticeable not only in appearance but also during use. The Special Edition is longer and wider than the Galaxy Z Fold6. The device has a more ergonomic structure than other Samsung flagships such as the Galaxy S24 Ultra. One of the most striking features is the fold mark in the center of the screen.
This model has a much less noticeable fold line instead of the prominent fold mark on the Galaxy Z Fold6. The cover display is 4.7 mm wider than the standard model. In terms of software, it offers an experience familiar to users of previous Galaxy Z Fold models. It is possible to get the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition globally through imports, but it is not an easy device to reach due to its limited production and high price tag.
