Developed by Game Science Interactive, Black Myth: Wukong, set to be released on August 20, 2024, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Microsoft Windows, has unveiled a new gameplay video. The game, based on Chinese mythology and featuring stunning graphics, showcases two different boss battles in 4K resolution.
Black Myth: Wukong has been in development for a full 5 years
Black Myth: Wukong has been in development for a full 5 years since its initial announcement in 2020, garnering attention for its impressive graphics and gameplay reminiscent of games like God of War, blending action and RPG elements.
The first boss battle in the video features Guangzhi, a wolf-like creature wielding a fiery, double-edged spear named ‘The Red Tides,’ promising challenging encounters typical of the game’s boss fights. The other battle is a hidden boss fight not part of the game’s linear structure, requiring players to explore different paths to find and confront Red Loong.
The gameplay video for Black Myth: Wukong suggests an incredible production in terms of atmosphere and graphics. However, despite its appeal, the game’s price in Turkey is notably high. Currently available for pre-order on the Epic Games Store for 1499 TL, the game is priced at $60 on Steam and 1749 TL on the PlayStation Store.
What are your thoughts on the gameplay video? Considering its high price, are you still considering purchasing the game? Share your opinions with us through our social media channels and comments.
