Microsoft, continuing its success in the software industry with game consoles and subscription services, is announcing its ongoing efforts. The free games for the Games with Gold program in June have been revealed.
Games with Gold June 2023 games have been announced
Microsoft has announced the June 2023 games exclusively for Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass Ultimate members as part of the Games with Gold program. This month’s titles cover Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles and Xbox Series X|S users also get to enjoy these games thanks to backward compatibility support.
In June, Games with Gold offers two games to Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. As part of this, Adios will be available from June 1st to June 30th, and The Vale: Shadow of the Crown will be available from June 16th to July 15th.
With Microsoft’s new family and friends plan, the Game Pass Ultimate subscription can be used by up to four additional people apart from the account holder. With the Ultimate subscription, Game Pass can be played on a console, PC, or in the cloud. Additionally, access will be granted to the entire EA Play and Xbox Live Gold catalog.
While the new subscription tier allows users to take advantage of Game Pass Ultimate benefits from a single account, it has some limitations. Microsoft stated that accounts in the shared profile must reside in the same country.
The Game Pass Friends & Family plan also has time limitations. This means you can access all the features of Ultimate for 18 days, 12 days, or 6 days.
Game Pass Ultimate = 18-day Friends & Family Game Pass (Console) = 12-day Friends & Family PC Game Pass = 12-day Friends & Family Xbox Live Gold = 12-day Friends & Family EA Play = 6-day Friends & Family.
