Garmin beta 15.07 expands Health Status to more smartwatches

Ana sayfa / News

Garmin is pushing its latest smartwatch beta, version 15.07, to more users and it’s not just a bug patch. The standout addition is the new Health Status glance, a feature that first landed with the Venu 4. Now, owners of the Forerunner 570 and Forerunner 970 can get a closer view of their wellbeing, straight from the wrist.

This latest test update isn’t only about the new glance. Garmin has added support for cycling VO2 max tracking on select watch faces, though it hasn’t detailed which ones. For users who take multisport tracking seriously, this kind of feature fine-tuning matters.

Crucial LPCAMM2 RAM delivers DDR5-8533 speeds, up to 64 GB capacity, and user-replaceable memory for performance laptops.

Beta 15.07 brings some handy usability upgrades to the Forerunner 570 and 970:

Those are small changes, but they add up, especially during workouts when every second counts.

Alongside new features, Garmin is scrubbing out several lingering bugs. Fixes target issues with incoming call handling, evening reports, and strength training sessions. They’ve also lowered the volume of that clicky noise when voice notes begin something users have flagged before.

The update isn’t automatic. To install beta 15.07, head to:
Main menu > Settings > System > Software Update > Check For Updates

Keep in mind: as with other beta builds, the ECG app is disabled for now. It’ll return when the stable version rolls out.

Garmin’s beta 15.07 might not look huge on paper, but between wellness tracking, sports control, and bug fixes, it makes the Forerunner 570 and 970 a lot smarter where it counts.
