Sony and Sucker Punch Studios have come up with something to delight gamers at today’s State of Play event. Ghost Of Yotei, the sequel to the Ghost of Tsushima series, was officially announced. So what does this game promise?
In addition to Ghost of Tsushima’s signature landscapes and epic combat, the trailer also emphasizes emotional storytelling. Sucker Punch looks to give players both action-packed moments and quiet moments.
Released in 2020, Ghost of Tsushima was widely acclaimed for its impressive atmosphere of 13th century Japan and detailed depiction of samurai culture. Selling more than 8 million copies, the game received full marks from critics and gamers.
Ghost of Yotei will offer the opportunity to experience this rich world from a different perspective with its new playable character Atsu. The release date and platforms of the game have not been announced yet, but the trailer has already managed to create great excitement.
