This new mode will allow players to restart protagonist Atsu’s journey of vengeance from the very beginning. However, instead of starting from scratch, they will have the opportunity to continue the adventure with all the armor, abilities, and weapons they painstakingly earned in their first playthrough. This means you will enter this world dominated by sword fighting, fully equipped and equipped with the firearms you acquired from the first game.
Ghost of Yotei update announced: New Game Plus and new features
The New Game Plus mode, unlocked after completing the main story, not only preserves existing equipment but also adds harder difficulty settings and two new trophies. The update also introduces a brand new currency, Ghost Flowers. Players will be able to use these collected flowers to purchase over 30 new cosmetic items, armor sets, weapon dyes, and 10 new talismans from a new vendor.
