Google Pixel 8 Pro renders leaked! | What to expect?

Ana sayfa / Smartphones

While we are a few months away from the Google I/O event, where Google will introduce several new devices and technologies, the leakers revealed the CAD-based renders of the Google Pixel 8 Pro today. It’s a little early for renders of the phone, as the company launched its predecessor last year in October. However, the tech giant might introduce the Pixel 8 Pro at the I/O developer conference, just like it did last year. Here are the details about the Google Pixel 8 Pro renders…

Pixel 8 Pro might be powered by the Google Tensor G3

One of the most expected specifications of the upcoming handset is its chipset. According to the rumors, the Pixel 8 Pro will have Google Tensor G3, which is rumored to be based on the unannounced 3nm Samsung Exynos 2300 chipset. Compared to the 5nm Tensor G2, the Exynos 2300 will be a good option to improve performance and efficiency.

In terms of display, the upcoming device might feature a circa 6.52-inch display with a flat panel, rather than a curved one. When we look at the design of the 8 Pro, it seems to have more rounded corners than Pixel 7 Pro. It measures 162.6 x 76.5 x 8.7 mm. The device has the power and volume buttons on the right, the USB-C port and speaker on the bottom, and the SIM port on the left side.

The new phone looks like it has a new camera island too, which houses all three cameras in the same oval in the metal. On the leaked renders, we can see that there is a new sensor under the flash. While there are no details about this sensor, it could be a macro or depth sensor, or a new sensor, not introduced yet.

On the other side, Google is expected to launch the Pixel 7a and Pixel Fold soon. Some trustful sources claim that the Pixel 7a and Fold will be available in June. While the Fold might be available in Carbon and Porcelain colors, Pixel 7a is rumored to be available in Arctic Blue, Carbon, and Cotton hues.
