Google has expanded its smartphone lineup with the introduction of the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL. The new Pro models feature a larger screen, upgraded camera and advanced AI features. There are a few minor changes on the design side.
The Pixel 9 Pro retains the same 6.3-inch screen size as the Pixel 9, but with more powerful features. It is powered by 16 GB RAM as well as the Tensor G4 chipset.
On the camera side, it prefers a triple setup consisting of a 48 Megapixel telephoto, 48 Megapixel ultra-wide angle and 50 Megapixel main sensor. It is possible to say that it stands out with its 48 Megapixel selfie camera and 4700 mAh battery.
Google also unveiled the XL model for the first time with this series. Pixel 9 Pro XL, which appeals to users looking for a larger screen; With 6.8 inches, it is Google’s largest model so far. It is also powered by 16GB RAM and 5060mAh battery.
Camera and processor features are the same as the Pixel 9 Pro model. Both Pro phones start with 128GB of storage but can also be configured with 1TB. Both devices also promise seven years of security and operating system updates.
The devices are available in four color options and include a one-year subscription to the Gemini Premium Plan as a gift. Pricing starts at $999 for the Pixel 9 Pro and $1099 for the Pixel 9 Pro XL.
