Google has developed a new account recovery tool to recover stolen YouTube accounts
Google has developed a new tool that makes it easier for creators who want to get their stolen YouTube accounts back. According to the company, the tool will help users secure their accounts with a series of step-by-step guided questions if they believe their account has been hacked.
Google used artificial intelligence to develop the tool, automating the account recovery process and allowing users to regain access to their accounts without the need to contact support.
Google is leveraging the power of artificial intelligence to bring this new tool to users. If the tool verifies that an account has been hacked, users can immediately regain access to their accounts.
Google advises creators to check for signs that their accounts have been hacked, such as profile photo changes, interference with AdSense accounts, or unauthorized video uploads. If they think their account has been hacked, they can access this new tool through the YouTube Help Center.
Currently only available in English, Google says it will soon be available to all creators. For now, however, there are some limitations and some features are only active for certain users.
Google also offers support outside of the tool, and if the tool doesn’t produce the desired results, creators can request help via the @TeamYouTube Twitter/X account.
This new AI-based tool aims to improve security on the YouTube platform, while also speeding up the account recovery process for users. What do you think about this new tool? Don’t forget to share your comments with us!
