After breaking record after record on Steam, Black Myth: Wukong has now become the target of modders. Kratos has been added to the game, which is very similar to God of War in gameplay. Thanks to the mod released, it was revealed how Kratos would look in Chinese mythology.
Kratos came to Black Myth: Wukong
A mod maker has created a mod that replaces Sun Wukong, the main protagonist of Black Myth: Wukong’s main protagonist Sun Wukong has been replaced with Kratos. The mod changes Wukong’s in-game appearance and equipment to match Kratos. In this context, you can experience the Chinese adventure through Kratos’ eyes.
The developer stated that the mod only affects the visuals. So in terms of gameplay and fighting style, it will carry the characteristics of Wukong. This means that it will not have a God of War style gameplay. You can download the mod from this link.
Mod maker claims God of War: Ragnarok will be included in this mod. Accordingly, Kratos will have his own animations using weapons like the Spear of Draupnir. However, it currently has a Wukong-like gameplay.
There is no official crossover between the two series. However, Wukong and Kratos’ attack styles are quite similar. Of course, let’s remind you that the mode is only available on the PC version.
