Machenike has expanded its GTR mini PC lineup with a more wallet-friendly configuration. The new version swaps the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 for the Ryzen 7 H 255, trimming the price while preserving most of the core features that make this mini PC stand out.
GTR mini PC now offers Ryzen 7 H 255 performance
The Ryzen 7 H 255 is a rebranded Ryzen 7 8745HS, previously limited to the Chinese market. While it’s not quite as powerful as the HX 370, it still delivers strong all-around performance and includes the Radeon 780M iGPU—a familiar choice in gaming handhelds.
GTR mini PC retains USB4 and compact design
Despite the price drop, Machenike kept the USB4 port intact. That means eGPU compatibility remains available, even if it’s not as performance-efficient as OCuLink. The overall chassis size stays at 0.74 liters, and the compact design makes it well-suited for tight setups.
Full port selection stays unchanged
Port-wise, nothing has been cut. You still get:

It also supports WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, which cover all typical wireless needs.
Internal specs of the GTR mini PC still impress
The internal setup includes dual DDR5 SO-DIMM slots and two PCIe M.2 SSD bays, giving users flexibility for upgrades. The efficient layout pairs well with the smaller case, and even entry-level builds can benefit from its headroom.
Price drops, global launch still unclear
Machenike has priced this Ryzen 7 H 255 GTR mini PC at CNY 3,999 (about $563). That puts it in reach for buyers seeking performance without going all-in on a flagship chip. However, there’s still no confirmation of a global release, and Machenike is known to keep some models region-locked.
