Honor MagicOS 10.0 Beta Released

Honor officially introduced Honor MagicOS 10.0, its new operating system based on Android 16, at the 2025 Developer Conference (HDC 2025). This new version aimed to strengthen AI-focused capabilities and the cross-device ecosystem. The update began rolling out today.

The new interface comes with features such as AI-powered task switching and enhanced cross-device collaboration. Honor aims to streamline the user experience. It also introduces a significant security improvement called “Parallel Sandbox.”

Honor began internal beta testing today (October 22). These initial tests cover flagship phones such as the Magic 7 series and Magic V3. The public beta will be released in December 2025, with the stable release starting in March 2026.

A wide range of models will receive the update. In addition to the Magic 7, 6, and 5 series, the Magic V foldable phones will also receive the update. Popular models such as the Honor 200, 100, and 90 series will also benefit from this new version.
