Aimed at the mid-range tablet market, the Honor Pad X9 has been unveiled in a global launch. The budget-friendly tablet promises an impressive user experience with its 11.5-inch FullView display, 7250 mAh battery and six-zone speaker. Here are the Honor Pad X9’s features, release date and price.
Honor Pad X9 specs
The Pad X9 has a metal body and an 11.5-inch FullView display. With a screen-to-body ratio of 86 per cent, the device comes with rounded edges to make it easier to hold. Powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset and 4GB of RAM, the Pad X9 has up to 128GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card.
According to the Chinese manufacturer, the new tablet is powered by a 7250 mAh battery. It claims that this battery can last up to 12 hours of video playback, and adds that it supports fast charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Pad X9, which has a camera on the back and front, offers a sufficient experience for online calls. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. It also has a very good sound system with a total of six speakers, four at the front and two at the back.

The device, which will come with the Android 12-based Magic UI 5.0, promises seamless integration with Honor models. According to the manufacturer, it is possible to connect to multiple Honor devices at the same time for file transfer thanks to smart features such as Honor Connect.
The Honor Pad X9 will be available in Europe from 10 July. The tablet, which has a starting price of $230, also comes with free Honor Earbuds X5 as part of the pre-order.
