How long will YouTube Shorts be?
YouTube Shorts videos are currently limited to a maximum of 60 seconds, which is considered to be plenty long enough for many creators. However, it seems that there are some who find this insufficient.
The maximum video length for YouTube Shorts will increase to 3 minutes (180 seconds) as of October 15. Google said it has received many requests to increase the maximum content length. It seems that the company did not ignore these requests.
Google is making a few more changes to YouTube Shorts. One of these changes is that the Trends button will be shown at the top when the video is paused. Also, some comments will be shown directly on the screen.
